By accessing or using Unseal ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

Unseal is a relationship app designed for couples. The App provides:
- Daily envelope questions for couples
- Partner connection features
- Answer sharing and reveal mechanics
- Relationship streak tracking
- History of past answers and moments
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use Unseal, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose: connecting with your partner through daily questions and building your relationship.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Share account credentials with others
- Attempt to bypass security measures
- Upload malicious content or malware
- Harass or harm other users
- Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Impersonate another person
5. Content and Data
5.1 User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (answers, profile information). By using the App, you grant us a license to store and display this content as necessary to provide the service.
5.2 Partner Sharing
Your envelope answers will be shared with your connected partner as part of the App's core functionality. Ensure you only share content you are comfortable with your partner seeing.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
6.1 Free and Premium Features
Unseal may offer both free and premium subscription tiers. Pricing will be clearly displayed before any purchase.
6.2 Cancellation
Subscriptions are managed through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Cancellation policies are subject to the respective app store terms.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 App Content
All content in the App, including questions, design, and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without permission.
7.2 Trademarks
"Unseal" and related branding are trademarks of our company. You may not use these marks without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Relationship Disclaimer: Unseal is designed to enhance communication between partners but is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling or therapy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid for the service.
10. Termination
10.1 Your Right to Terminate
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed according to our Privacy Policy.
10.2 Our Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, extended inactivity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
